We are looking for experienced Senior Accountants to manage accounting operations for our clients by overseeing and verifying their financial transactions. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent analytical skills and have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. He or she will also have experience collaborating and/or managing a team of staff accountants. Other responsibilities of the role will include:

• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling client accounts
• Producing error-free reports and presenting the results
• Analyzing finances and summarizing clients’ financial status
• Identifying errors and suggesting ways to improve efficiency
• Providing technical support and advice for Staff Accountants
• Reviewing and recommending adjustments to current procedures
• Participating in establishing standards and in clients’ forecast process
• Preparing financial statements and producing budget according to schedule
• Assisting clients with tax audits and tax returns
• Conducting external audits to ensure compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal and client controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
